Terms & Conditions – Nuba Cloth

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nuba Cloth. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed.

  • Payments can be made via Cash-on-Delivery, mobile payment, or bank transfer, depending on what’s available.

  • Ownership of products transfers to you once the order is delivered successfully.


3. Delivery

  • We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • If you refuse a delivery without reason or cancel after dispatch, the delivery charge may still apply.


4. Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Nuba Cloth will cover the return shipping cost only if the issue is on our end (e.g. damaged or wrong item).

  • If a customer doesn’t like the product or wishes to exchange it for personal reasons, they must bear the delivery and return shipping charges.

  • If the product is damaged, stained, or altered in any way by the customer after delivery, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Nuba Cloth.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via mobile banking, as agreed.

  • Sale or discounted items may have limited or no return/refund eligibility, which will be clearly stated on the product page.


6. Product Care & Responsibility

  • Please follow the care instructions provided with each product.

  • Nuba Cloth is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or misuse after delivery.


7. Inspection at Delivery

  • We encourage customers to inspect their items at the time of delivery.

  • If any defect or mismatch is found, please inform the delivery person immediately or contact our support team within 24–48 hours.

  • Claims made after the allowed timeframe may not be accepted.


8. Policy Updates

Nuba Cloth reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.


9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
