🚚 Delivery Rules – Nuba Cloth

We want every order from Nuba Cloth to reach you quickly and safely.
Please read our delivery rules carefully before placing your order.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver to all areas across Bangladesh, including all major cities, towns, and districts.

  • Orders are shipped through trusted and verified courier partners to ensure secure delivery.

  • Remote or rural areas may take a little longer depending on courier availability.

2. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: Usually delivered within 2–3 working days.

  • Outside Dhaka: Usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery time may vary slightly during holidays, weekends, bad weather, or unavoidable circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charge depends on your location and courier partner.

  • The exact charge will be shown at checkout before confirming your order.

  • Delivery charge is non-refundable unless the issue (wrong/damaged product) is caused by Nuba Cloth.

  • If you cancel an order after dispatch or refuse to receive without a valid reason, you may still need to pay the delivery charge.

4. Order Confirmation

  • For Cash-on-Delivery orders, our team may call or message you to confirm your order before dispatch.

  • Orders without confirmation may be held or cancelled to prevent misuse.

  • Please provide an active phone number when ordering to ensure smooth communication.

5. Delivery Process

  • Once your order is confirmed, we prepare and hand it over to our courier partner.

  • You’ll receive updates via SMS, email, or call once your parcel is on the way.

  • The delivery agent will contact you before arriving — please make sure your phone is reachable.

6. Receiving Your Package

  • Please inspect the package before accepting it.

  • Check the size, color, and design to ensure everything matches your order.

  • If you find any problem (damage or wrong item), inform the delivery agent immediately or contact our support team within 24–48 hours.

7. Missed Delivery

  • If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier may try again.

  • After repeated failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to Nuba Cloth.

  • You may need to pay another delivery charge for re-dispatch.

8. International Orders

  • Nuba Cloth also delivers internationally based on order quantity and destination.

  • International delivery charges depend on the location and total weight/quantity of your order.

  • Our team will confirm shipping costs and estimated delivery time before dispatching any international order.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees charged by their country.

  • Once dispatched, international orders cannot be cancelled.
