🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Nuba Cloth

At Nuba Cloth, we strive to deliver high-quality products that satisfy our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.

  • Products damaged by the customer in any way cannot be returned.

  • If a product is correctly delivered but the customer changes their mind, returns are not allowed, and the customer will be responsible for the delivery charge.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Include your order number, product name, and a photo of the damage (if applicable).

  • Our team will guide you on the next steps for inspection and return.

3. Return Process

  • Once the return request is approved, the customer may be asked to send the product back using our courier partner or a method instructed by Nuba Cloth.

  • Returned items must be in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • After inspection, if the product is confirmed damaged or incorrect, we will proceed with refund or replacement.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds are made using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Delivery charges for returning the product due to change of mind are non-refundable.

  • For damaged or incorrect products delivered by Nuba Cloth, return shipping charges will be borne by Nuba Cloth.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we can provide a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

  • Replacement shipping costs for damaged/incorrect items are covered by Nuba Cloth.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged by the customer.

  • Products returned due to change of mind (delivery charge borne by customer).

  • Items with missing tags, altered, or used.
